Boi Akih is a Dutch ensemble built around vocalist Monica Akihary and classical guitarist Niels Brouwer. They blend baroque music with jazz and world music influences, often collaborating with musicians such as violist Saskia Meijs and kora player Sekou Dioubaté. Akihary received the Boy Edgar Prize in 2023, one of the Netherlands' most prestigious awards for jazz and improvised music.
