About the venue

Vliegbasis Twenthe is a former military air base west of Enschede, used for decades as a NATO airfield before closing in 2008. Since then the site has been redeveloped as a large-scale event venue, hosting festivals, motorsport events and other outdoor gatherings. Its vast runways and open grounds can accommodate tens of thousands of visitors.
