V2_ Lab for the Unstable Media is a Rotterdam-based institute for art and technology, founded in 1981. It focuses on the relationship between media, art and society, hosting exhibitions, lectures and festivals such as the biennial DEAF (Dutch Electronic Art Festival). The building also serves as a studio and residency space for artists and researchers working with emerging technologies.
