About the venue

Kasteel Twickel, near Delden in Twente, is one of the largest still-inhabited castles in the Netherlands. The building dates mainly from the seventeenth century and sits within a moat system, surrounded by an extensive estate of forests, farms and formal gardens. Guided tours of the castle and grounds attract visitors throughout the year.
