Het Koelhuis is a former industrial cold-storage warehouse on the IJssel river in Zutphen, converted into an event venue. Its raw character - high ceilings, exposed brick - makes it a popular choice for concerts, festivals, corporate events and weddings. The site includes both indoor spaces and an outdoor area right on the waterfront.
