About the venue

De Bosbaan is a 2,200-metre rowing course situated in the Amsterdamse Bos, on the border of Amsterdam and Amstelveen. Built in the 1930s, it is one of the leading rowing and canoe racing venues in the Netherlands. The site hosts national and international competitions as well as recreational events and running races in the surrounding woodland.
