The Amsterdamse Bostheater is an open-air amphitheatre set within the Amsterdamse Bos, the large woodland park on the edge of Amsterdam and Amstelveen. Each summer it hosts theatre performances, concerts and festivals for audiences of several thousand. The surrounding trees and water give the venue a distinctly natural backdrop.
