About the venue

The Netherlands American Cemetery at Margraten is the only American military cemetery in the Netherlands, honouring more than 8,300 soldiers who died in the Second World War. Spread across 65 hectares, the site features a memorial, a chapel, and long rows of white marble crosses and Stars of David. It draws tens of thousands of visitors each year, including many relatives of the fallen.
