In Bismillah, Layla transforms her own story into a collective experience: something that happens in the moment, intimate, physical and poetic. Together with other women, she has intuitively chosen words to embroider onto a hundred-meter ribbon, creating a tangible biography. During the performance, Layla invites the audience to unfold this ribbon together - a lifeline - and a sensory experience emerges where text, movement, sound and the participants' presence converge.
