Big Dave Reniers, known from Electric Kings and Dizzy Dave Band, is a harmonica player and frontman of Big Dave & The Dutchmen. The band plays blues with a genuine feel for its roots, without falling into clichés.

The line-up features Roel Spanjers (piano and vocals), Mischa den Haring (guitar and vocals), Darryl Ciggaar (drums and vocals) and Dusty Ciggaar (bass guitar and vocals) - seasoned names in the genre. Spanjers has previously packed the Walhalla halls, alongside Frederique Spigt.

The band combines soulful harmonica, 'Down Home' blues piano, expressive guitar work and a solid rhythm section. Beyond individual virtuosity, Big Dave & The Dutchmen is all about collective interplay.
