The Fall Forward

Where some bands need three genres, four subordinate clauses and half a music encyclopedia to explain what they do, The Fall Forward keeps it simple: two guitars, bass, drums and a voice that actually matters. Solid riffs with enough melody to prevent it from being just loud.

The unpolished Rotterdam band formed in 2020 and deliberately seeks the combination of power, melody and group vocals: grand guitars, a driving rhythm section and songs that have both muscle and actual melody. In 2025 the band released the EP First Drop, five tracks including No Time to Lose, Control and Respect. A second EP is already on the way.

The result is melodic alternative rock that occasionally rattles the door hard, but also knows when that door can simply stay open. No complicated story, no inflated rock attitude and no set design requiring a truck - just five guys, their own songs and a stage.
