Tilburg Big Band Spring Concert

Tilburg Big Band returns to Paradox, this time featuring guest guitarist Jadi Peperzak.

Peperzak won the prestigious Conservatory Talent Award in 2024. His playing carries the Rotterdam influences from his studies at Codarts, alongside echoes of greats like John Scofield and Pat Metheny. Yet it is his own lyrical style that defines the show, combined with a modern harmonic language. Despite his technical prowess, emotion remains at the forefront: together with Tilburg Big Band, he delivers a sound that is both raw and refined. This concert features world premieres of new arrangements, complemented by classic big band standards.

Tilburg Big Band has been performing since 1958 and is a fixture in Tilburg's jazz scene. Under the direction of Daan Morris, the band brings old and new jazz music to Tilburg, Brabant and beyond.
