Popronde Utrecht
Popronde, the Netherlands' largest touring talent festival, returns to Utrecht on 22 October. At De Helling, Keely Westwood, Girlhead, KRAM and Vonder take the stage. DJs Menno de Meester & Brutus provide music between and after the sets.
Keely Westwood is a composer, producer and self-proclaimed chaos lover. She creates existential, emotionally charged electronic and orchestral compositions - a creative world of unsent letters and untold stories.
Girlhead is a The Hague dream pop band that fills the room with atmospheric sounds and captivating melodies, influenced by shoegaze and bands like Deftones and Cigarettes After Sex.
KRAM is an Irish-Dutch alternative/post-punk band driven by urgency and collective catharsis. From their conviction 'Love Stands Forever', they seek connection through music and live shows in a divided world.
Vonder - the project of Ellenor Vora and Benjamin Sch (Noire Antidote) - combines tight rhythms with a haunting emotional charge. The music moves between club-oriented energy and ghostly intensity, rooted in Darkwave, EBM and Electro-Industrial.
