OWARI - The Art of Coping: Interactive Sound Installation at Eusebiuskerk
Eusebiuskerk, Arnhem · free
OWARI - The Art of Coping is an interactive art route by Dyane Donck Collective, on view at Eusebiuskerk in Arnhem from Saturday, October 3 through Sunday, November 1. The installation is free to visit throughout October during the church's opening hours.
Wearing headphones, you move freely through the church. The system recognizes your position and continuously adapts music, text, and sound based on where you are. You determine your own route, pace, and the order in which you encounter scenes and installations - each visitor experiences the work differently.
OWARI is the Japanese word for 'end'. The work explores the boundary between loss and resilience, and asks how you remain standing when the world around you feels unstable. The architecture of Eusebiuskerk is not a neutral backdrop but an active part of the sound world.
