Entry works entirely via smartphone. Your tickets are in the Ticketmaster app and your online account - because the barcode refreshes continuously, a screenshot or photo will not work at the door. For quicker entry, add your tickets to your phone's wallet so you can tap in.

To pass tickets on to someone else or resell them, use the official transfer and resale features in your Ticketmaster account. This ensures the recipient gets a valid ticket with a working barcode.
