Knives Out! Festival

After twelve editions in the small hall of Victorie, Knives Out! moves to Hal25: an industrial venue with space for more bands and more volume. The line-up cuts across genres and generations.

Confirmed acts include Kaboutertje Putlucht, blending gabber, electro, punk, rave and krautrock, and Amsterdam trio Hondenfokker, who combine electronic beats, synth bass, bizarre vocals and screaming guitars. Between the live shows, there is a supporting programme of art and activist interventions by artists from Alkmaar and beyond.
