Candy Experiments!

Around Sint Maarten, children experiment with sweets in Hemlab's science laboratory. They spectacularly dissolve Skittles, build a licorice cube, and create a stinky mixture with licorice powder. With popping rice they conduct a rolling investigation, and they melt sugar into a fragrant caramel lollipop.
