Klezmagik

Klezmagik is an 8-piece band that weaves Balkan, klezmer and their own influences into energetic music driven by pulsing rhythms, brass and strings. Their performance takes place during the carnival weekend at Paradox.

Their debut EP, De Grote Race (2022), features original compositions that explore the boundaries of Balkan, klezmer, ska and world music. In 2023 they released a live album with both original tracks and reworked traditional pieces. The band started as the opening act for Amsterdam Klezmer Band and has since played their own shows at Paradiso, Ekko and Paaspop.
