The Radio Filharmonisch Orkest holds a public rehearsal on Wednesday, 23 September 2026 at 11:00 in Heuvellaan Hilversum. Conducted by Karina Canellakis, the orchestra prepares works by Nielsen, Moussa and Brahms - you can watch up close how a major symphony orchestra readies itself for performance. The programme includes Carl Nielsen's Ouverture Helios, Samy Moussa's Flute Concerto (Dutch premiere) and Johannes Brahms's First Symphony. This is one of two Dutch dates for the orchestra this season; the next performance takes place in October in Amsterdam.
