Opening Exhibition VER VAN HIER

Studio de Bakkerij opens the exhibition VER VAN HIER, featuring work by 34 internationally adopted artists. They come from countries of origin including Brazil, China, Colombia, Ethiopia, India, Indonesia, Peru, Sri Lanka, Suriname, the United States, and South Korea.

Each participant brings their own story and perspective. Art and personal experience are at the centre.

The opening is free to attend via registration on this page. Following the opening, the VER VAN HIER weekend takes place from 27 to 29 November: a theatre weekend with music, theatre and more, where adoptees and artists with an adoption background share their voices.
