An exhibition of botanical drawings by Sydenham Edwards, who was appointed as illustrator for the journal Botanical Magazine; or, Flower-Garden Displayed by botanist William Curtis in 1787. The magazine continues to be published today under the name Curtis's Botanical Magazine, issued by Kew Gardens in London.
