VFEST
VFEST, Tilburg
VFEST is a multidisciplinary festival exploring body, gender and queerness. This year's fifth edition features a day and evening of activist art, dance, music and performance, with artists focusing on intersectional feminism, identity and sexuality.
The programme includes the theatrical spectacle SODOM by Arno Verbruggen, the futuristic-feminist performance Monolith 2: the white piece by Sofie Kramer & Mári Mákó, percussion and electronics by duo ANGELO, and the Literary Darkroom. Additional contributions come from Speels Collectief, an experimental body performance by Anuschka Loose and work by Assmayonaise.
The festival is accessible to all genders and wheelchair-friendly. Floor angels are present and vegan food is available.
