OET! is a three-day cultural event on Friday 18, Saturday 19 and Sunday 20 September in Veendam, organized together with Bibliotheek Veendam, the Veenkoloniaal Museum and the Muziek-, Dans- en Theaterschool.
The programme includes performances, presentations and workshops, many of which are free to attend. The library hosts a clothing swap and a treasure hunt; on Saturday, entry to the Veenkoloniaal Museum is free. On Sunday, Winkler Prins Harmonie, Educa Symfonia and JazzProSessies perform.
