Live Canvases

Live Canvases is a concert where contemporary chamber music and live visual art converge. The Dianto Reed Quintet performs a programme of works written especially for the ensemble, while visual artist Maryleen Schiltkamp creates three paintings during the performance, inspired by the repertoire being played.

The programme features compositions by Primo Ish-Hurwitz, Julian Schneemann, Arjan Linker, Ramin Amin, Fuensanta Méndez and Jaime Peña, and concludes with the world premiere of a new work by Max Knigge.
