BiebStart is a free morning programme for children aged 0 to 4 years, together with their parents, grandparents or carers. The mornings take place regularly at the libraries in Alkmaar Centrum, De Mare, Overdie, Bergen, Castricum, De Rijp and Heerhugowaard.
