Rita Antonopoulou & Revans: Tribute to Thanos Mikroutsikos

Rita Antonopoulou worked closely with composer Thanos Mikroutsikos from 2006 until his death. With this performance, she pays her first full tribute to his work without him - something she now feels ready to do, supported by her collaboration with band Revans.

Revans has long held a deep connection to Mikroutsikos's body of work and gives his songs their own distinctive musical character. Over the past two years, this production has toured many venues, and the Melkweg is where the tour comes to a close.

The performance aims to give the audience the feeling that Thanos Mikroutsikos is still close by.
