ADE Opening Concert: KYBBA & Metropole Orkest + special guests: ADE 30 Years Icon Series

This year Amsterdam Dance Event celebrates its 30th edition, and for Melkweg and Metropole Orkest it marks their tenth opening together. For this anniversary edition, the orchestra collaborates with producer and artist Kybba.

Kybba grew up in the sun-soaked Salento region in Italy and built an international career from Amsterdam, with deep roots in the musical traditions of Jamaica and Latin America. In 2016 he founded the Basshall Movement, a platform that evolved into Basshall Records, Basshall TV and sold-out events, with a large online community around dancehall, afro and Caribbean music. His tracks 'Colombian' and 'Pon Di Ting' brought his breakthrough; 'Ba Ba Bad' (2024), featuring Sean Paul and Busy Signal, strengthened his name further. His debut mixtape 'How You Bad Suh' (2025) features collaborations with Barrington Levy, Bounty Killer and Kalash.

During this opening concert, Kybba performs with Metropole Orkest a special tribute to the Basshall sound, complemented by special guests.
