About: Alma Quartet

Four Concertgebouw Orchestra musicians who in 2014 decided to strike out as a chamber ensemble: that is the origin of the Alma Quartet. With a discography spanning Schulhoff and Korngold to electronic crossovers, and stages from the Elbphilharmonie to the Konzerthaus Berlin on their résumé, the quartet ranks among Europe's most versatile string ensembles.
