About: Maya Fridman

Born in Moscow and rooted in Utrecht, Maya Fridman pairs classical cello mastery with her own compositions and singer-songwriter work, shaping each concert as a deliberate ritual. Her 2019 Dutch Classical Talent Award and 2023 debut album The Power of Indifference mark the twin poles of her career.
