Political Activism Course - Local Government

Wageningen's municipal council organizes the Active Politics course for residents considering political involvement but unsure about their options. Think of roles such as party member, advisor, or municipal councillor. Residents who want more influence on local decision-making are also welcome.

The course consists of 5 meetings combining theory and practice. Participants develop skills like debating, attend presentations from guest lecturers, and meet local politicians and administrators.
