On Thursday 17 September, the finalists in the Producer category compete against each other at BIRD Rotterdam. During this beat battle, you'll see five producers at work live: NIV, SURFOSURF, FLAVIÉR, JessyJiggy and Stellar Wave each create a track within one hour.

The tracks are then presented to the jury. At the end of the evening, both the audience favourite and the jury prize winner are announced.
