Blowbeat

In 2026, Dutch rock band Blowbeat returns to the stage, with Paradox in Tilburg on the schedule.

The band has been active since the early 1980s and built a reputation for technical skill and strong songwriting - a description that appeared in the OOR Encyclopedia for years. The band played extensively, mainly in Germany, and has operated with a slightly revised line-up since 2000. Guitarist Leendert Haaksma, bassist Eric Coenen and drummer Arthur Lijten are now active as session musicians for major artists including Anouk, Anastacia, Manfred Mann and Ellen ten Damme.
