In a small French village in the 1950s, Hélène and Michel lead a carefree life with their two children. Michel is the head of the household, Hélène knows her place as wife and mother. Everything changes abruptly when the family unexpectedly lands in 2025 - a world where technology shapes daily life, social rules have shifted, and the position of women is fundamentally different.

For Hélène, this new era feels like a revelation - she realizes her life no longer needs to revolve around her husband's expectations and society's demands. For Michel, it is a harsh blow: the certainties and privileges he could always rely on have suddenly vanished. Tensions, frustrations and hidden desires come to the surface as old beliefs clash with new ideas.
