Soep-port is support with soup: a gathering at Dokhuis on the edge of the harbour, where you talk with familiar and new neighbours. Each edition is led by Parel Strik and Noemi Bardas and centres on a personal question or topic. It's not about ready-made answers, but about exchanging perspectives.
