About

Yu Su is a DJ, producer and sound artist from Kaifeng, China, now based in London. Her music moves between ambient, leftfield house and experimental electronics, drawing on Chinese pop and a classical piano background. She released her debut album 'Yellow River Blue' in 2021 via her own label bié Records and Amsterdam's Music from Memory, and in 2023 became the first Chinese artist to appear on the cover of Mixmag. Her second album 'Foundry', featuring collaborations with Seefeel and Japanese duo Dip in the Pool, came out in May 2026 on Short Span.
