Waylon is the stage name of Dutch singer Willem Bijkerk (born 1980, Apeldoorn), who blends country, rock and soul into a sound that is distinctly his own. He reached a wide international audience as one half of The Common Linnets, finishing second at Eurovision 2014, and returned to the contest as a solo act in 2018. His stage name is a tribute to his idol Waylon Jennings, alongside whom he performed in the United States in the early 2000s.
Waylon released his album Time Jumper on 14 November 2025 via Bright Up Records, recorded in Nashville together with The Time Jumpers.
The first single from Time Jumper, 'Let's Get This Over With', was released on 3 October 2025.
