Uriah Heep are a British hard rock band formed in London in 1969, widely regarded as one of the genre's founding acts alongside Deep Purple and Black Sabbath. Classics such as "Lady in Black" and "Easy Livin'" defined their early-1970s peak, and the band has sold over 40 million albums worldwide. Founding guitarist Mick Box remains the sole original member, leading a lineup that has toured continuously for more than five decades.
