Two Door Cinema Club are a Northern Irish indie rock band from Bangor, formed in 2007 by Alex Trimble, Sam Halliday and Kevin Baird. Their debut album Tourist History (2010) broke them internationally, landing on the BBC Sound of 2010 poll, while follow-up Beacon (2012) debuted at number one in Ireland and reached number two in the UK. Across five studio albums they have moved from guitar-driven indie pop into synth-pop and dance-punk territory, becoming festival regulars at Glastonbury and Reading & Leeds.
Two Door Cinema Club announced a North American tour for autumn 2026, where they will play Tourist History in full to celebrate the album's 15th anniversary.
The band also announced an Australian and New Zealand tour for November 2026, together with The Vaccines.
Tourist History was released in a 15th Anniversary Deluxe Edition on vinyl and CD, with remixes, demos and B-sides on a second disc.
The single "What You Know" surpassed the one billion streams mark on Spotify and thus joined the Billions Club.
