Turnover, an influential American hardcore and punk band from the 2010s, performs at 013 Tilburg.
Turnover is an American indie rock band from Virginia Beach, Virginia, formed in 2009 by brothers Austin and Casey Getz and bassist Danny Dempsey. Starting out in pop-punk and emo, they broke through to a wider audience with Peripheral Vision (2015), widely regarded as one of the defining emo albums of the 2010s. Their sound has since drifted toward dream pop and shoegaze, and in 2026 they released Down on Earth, their sixth studio album and first fully independent release.
Turnover announced a North American 'Down on Earth' tour for fall 2026, followed by a European tour in March 2027 with stops in Berlin, Cologne, Tilburg, Antwerp and London, among others.
Down on Earth, Turnover's sixth studio album and their first fully independent release, came out on May 29, 2026.
Turnover shared the singles 'Nightjar' and 'I See You and Realize' as a preview of Down on Earth.
Turnover announced an extensive North American anniversary tour to celebrate the tenth anniversary of Peripheral Vision, with support from Citizen and Balance & Composure; the first six shows were already sold out.
Turnover performed Peripheral Vision in its entirety live for the first time during the anniversary tour, with a home show in Virginia Beach as the highlight.
