Triggerfinger is a Belgian rock band from Antwerp, formed in 1998 around frontman Ruben Block and drummer Mario Goossens. They broke through in the Netherlands and Belgium with 'All This Dancing Around' (2011) and built a reputation as one of Europe's most electrifying live acts, sharing stages with The Rolling Stones and touring with Thin Lizzy. After bassist Paul Van Bruystegem left in 2023, Block and Goossens continued as a duo with Geoffrey Burton on bass, and in 2026 they release their sixth studio album 'Tarmac'.
Triggerfinger kondigt hun zesde studioalbum 'Tarmac' aan voor 18 september 2026, samen met de nieuwe single 'Through The Beam'.
Triggerfinger speelt op 28 april 2026 een concert in Paradiso in Amsterdam.
Op 4 oktober 2025 overlijdt bassist Paul Van Bruystegem, bijgenaamd Lange Polle, op 66-jarige leeftijd na een lang ziekbed.
Triggerfinger brengt in september 2025 de nieuwe single 'Stars' uit - het eerste nieuwe nummer van de band sinds 2017.
Triggerfinger gaat in 2025 opnieuw uitgebreid op tour door Nederland, België, Duitsland en Frankrijk.
