Tokio Hotel - ARENA TOUR 2026
German rock band Tokio Hotel performs in Amsterdam as part of their ARENA TOUR 2026.
Tokio Hotel is a German rock band from Magdeburg, formed in 2001 by twin brothers Bill and Tom Kaulitz alongside bassist Georg Listing and drummer Gustav Schäfer. They broke through internationally with "Durch den Monsun" (2005) and went on to chart across Europe. Over the years their sound shifted from guitar-driven alternative rock toward electronic pop, as heard on albums like "Humanoid" (2009) and "Kings of Suburbia" (2014). With over 10 million records sold, 70 platinum and 120 gold awards, and a devoted global fanbase, they rank among the most successful German bands of the past two decades.
Tokio Hotel released the new single "Dye My Hair" on September 8, 2026, the fourth taste of the upcoming album "ENCORE".
The eighth studio album "ENCORE" will be released on October 16, 2026 via Believe, followed by a nearly sold-out arena tour starting on October 28 in London.
On August 18 and 20, 2026, the band respectively unveiled the album cover and the complete tracklist of "ENCORE" via their Spotify countdown.
The 2025 European tour was completely sold out; the band performed, among other places, in Hamburg's Inselpark Arena with an advanced stage concept by lighting designer Bertil Mark.
The Netflix series "Kaulitz & Kaulitz" and the podcast "Kaulitz Hills: Senf aus Hollywood" brought the band to a new, generation-spanning audience.
