Thomas Oliemans (born 1977) is a Dutch baritone and pianist equally at home in opera, art song and French chanson. He trained at the Amsterdam Conservatory under Margreet Honig and has since performed at the Royal Opera House Covent Garden, Staatsoper Berlin and the Metropolitan Opera New York. In the Netherlands he is a regular guest at the Concertgebouw and Dutch National Opera.
In the 2025/26 season, Oliemans makes his role debut as Theseus in Britten's A Midsummer Night's Dream at Teatro Real Madrid and debuts as Faninal in Der Rosenkavalier at the Volksoper Wien.
On 18 December 2026, Oliemans performs at TivoliVredenburg Utrecht with a program of chansons and Sinatra, accompanied by pianists Cor Bakker and Bert van den Brink.
In September 2025, Oliemans gave a masterclass for young singers in the television program Podium Klassiek.
The Concertgebouw produced in 2025 a new podcast series with Oliemans about the nine symphonies of Mahler, as a continuation of earlier series on the Winterreise and the Matthäus-Passion.
In 2024, Oliemans sang Papageno in Die Zauberflöte again at De Nationale Opera Amsterdam, a role he also performed there in 2012, 2015 and 2018.
