Theo Maassen (born 8 December 1966 in Oegstgeest) is a Dutch stand-up comedian, actor and television presenter who grew up in Zijtaart, North Brabant. He won both the Groninger Studenten Cabaret Festival and the Cameretten prize in 1990, and has since built a body of twelve solo shows marked by sharp social commentary and boundary-pushing humour. He has also appeared in films including Minoes and Zwartboek, and in 2006 received the Prins Bernhard Cultuurfonds Theater Prijs for his bold blend of theatre and comedy.

For the 2026-2027 season, the theater production RATATATATA was announced, with a script by Theo Maassen and Peer Wittenbols and an ensemble featuring, among others, Ilse Warringa and Plien van Bennekom.
