The Prophecy 23 is a thrash metal band from Mannheim, Germany, founded in 2002. Signed to Massacre Records, they blend thrash, death metal and punk into what they call 'Fresh Metal', releasing five studio albums and playing major European festivals including Wacken Open Air and Summer Breeze.
The band released a lyric video for 'Work, Eat, Sleep, Repeat', the fourth video clip from the album 'Mosh O'Clock'.
The fifth studio album 'Mosh O'Clock' was released on 15 August 2025 via Massacre Records, with 13 tracks recorded at Kohlekeller Studio.
The Prophecy 23 performed on 19 September 2025 in Amsterdam (Cave) as part of their European tour around 'Mosh O'Clock'.
The band performed at the Wisdom Tooth Festival 2025 on 11 July 2025.
The album 'Fresh Metal' debuted at position 67 in the official German album charts - the band's first chart entry.
