The Prodigy are a British electronic band formed in Braintree, Essex in 1990 by producer and songwriter Liam Howlett. Blending rave, hardcore and rock, they broke through internationally with albums like Music for the Jilted Generation and The Fat of the Land, and tracks such as "Firestarter" and "Breathe" remain defining anthems of the 1990s. Following the death of frontman Keith Flint in 2019, the band continues as Howlett and MC Maxim, still selling out arenas worldwide.
