About

Sevendust are an American metal band from Atlanta, Georgia, formed in 1994. The five-piece - vocalist Lajon Witherspoon, guitarists Clint Lowery and John Connolly, bassist Vince Hornsby and drummer Morgan Rose - built their reputation on a blend of heavy riffs and soulful melodic vocals that helped define the alternative metal sound of the late 1990s. Three consecutive RIAA gold-certified albums, a Grammy nomination and millions of records sold worldwide underline their enduring place in American hard rock. Their fifteenth studio album, One, was released in May 2026 via Napalm Records.
