About

Rowwen Hèze is a band from the small Limburg village of America, founded in 1985 by singer-songwriter Jack Poels. They sing in the local Americaas dialect, blending tex-mex, Irish folk, polka and rock into a sound that has won fans well beyond their home province. Gold and platinum albums, an Edison lifetime achievement award and headline slots at Pinkpop and Roskilde have cemented their status as one of the Netherlands' most beloved live acts.
