Rosie
AC/DC tribute band Rosie takes the stage with classics like Whole Lotta Rosie and Highway to Hell, plus original songs, delivering tight riffs and raw energy.
Rosie is a hard rock band from The Hague, founded in 1979 by singer Arjen Thielsch. They write their own material in the lean, raw style of AC/DC's Bon Scott era - not a cover act, but an original band that a journalist in the Algemeen Dagblad once described as playing 'what AC/DC forgot to write and play'. After Thielsch passed away in 2009 and a COVID hiatus, a new lineup came together in 2022, keeping the band active for over four decades.
Rosie performed on 28 March 2026 at Podium Aan Zee in Scheveningen, a return to the coast where their story began.
After a two-year corona break, Joop (drums), Pjotr (bass) and John (vocals) joined the band in 2022, giving Rosie a new lineup.
