RANCORE -European tour-
Italian rapper RANCORE performs at Toekomstmuziek as part of his European tour.
RANCORE is the stage name of Tarek Iurcich, an Italian rapper born on 19 July 1989 in Rome to a Croatian father and an Egyptian mother. He built his name in Rome's underground hip-hop scene and is widely regarded as one of the most literary voices in Italian rap - a style he calls 'hermetic hip-hop'. He competed at the Festival di Sanremo twice, in 2019 alongside Daniele Silvestri and in 2020 as a solo act, winning the best lyrics award both times. His 2026 album 'Tarek da colorare' entered the Italian FIMI chart at number three.
RANCORE has been announced as a special guest at the Similitudini Festival in Jesi (Ancona) on October 10, 2026, with a performance around the theme of language and cultural boundaries.
RANCORE announced his European tour 'Tarek da colorare Live', with stops in Dublin, Berlin, London, Brussels, Amsterdam, Barcelona and Madrid (November-December 2026).
The album 'Tarek da colorare' was released on April 3, 2026 and immediately debuted at number three on the Italian FIMI album chart.
RANCORE released the posthumous collaboration single 'Videogame' as a tribute to deceased rapper Jesto.
In the 2025/2026 school year, work by RANCORE was included in the national education curriculum in Italy.
