Prunk is the alias of Amsterdam-based DJ, producer and label boss Nilz Pronk. He grew up on classic house and started collecting records as a teenager - his first real encounter with the sound was an Ian Pooley record his brother gave him on his eleventh birthday. In 2015 he co-founded PIV Records with his brother Jordi, building it into one of the world's best-selling underground house labels, with releases from Todd Terry, ANOTR and Chez Damier among others. His own productions have appeared on Defected, Nervous Records and Djebali, while PIV holds residencies in Amsterdam, Ibiza and cities across the globe.
Prunk opened the twelve-track compilation 'PIV x Factory 93: ADE Sampler 2025' with his track 'Something About You', released on 17 October 2025.
PIV held a weekly Tuesday residency at Cova Santa on Ibiza in the summer of 2025, from 3 June through 30 September.
